A family story

An unmatched success for decades

The original formula was created in 1959 by Paul Gineste de Saurs at Porte Maillot under the name Le Relais de Venise-Son Entrecôte. His daughter, Marie-Paule, continued the two values: gourmet excellence and high standards. That always guided her father by establishing Relais de l’Entrecôte.

Our famous secret sauce

At Relais de l’Entrecôte, you’ll find the refinement of a true Parisian bistro—elegant and efficient. For decades, the Relais de l’Entrecôte formula has ensured success with its green walnut salad, its flavorful and tender sirloin steak accompanied by its famous secret sauce, and its thin, golden matchstick fries, as well as its delicious desserts. The wines from Château de Saurs, all organically grown, perfectly complement the Relais de l’Entrecôte menu. The fast and attentive service stays true to the spirit of the establishment.
